As part of the agreement, an “Impossible® Grille” concession stand will open on the sixth floor concourse at Madison Square Garden. The stand will serve plant-based menu items during all events at the venue.

Menu offerings at the dedicated stand will include the Impossible® Double Stack Smashburger, the Impossible® Banh Mi Hot Dog, the Orange Impossible® Chicken Bowl, the Impossible® Steak Quesadilla, and Loaded Impossible® Chopped Cheese Fries, according to the companies. Select Impossible Foods products will also be available at other concession locations and premium hospitality areas throughout the arena.

“This partnership with Impossible Foods represents another step in diversifying our culinary offerings for guests. Adding Impossible Foods’ celebrated plant-based options reflects our commitment to meeting evolving dietary preferences while maintaining the standards our fans expect when they come to events at The Garden,” said Doug Jossem, Executive Vice President Global Sports and Entertainment Partnerships, MSG Entertainment.

The partnership launched at the start of Earth Month. Impossible Foods’ plant-based beef, chicken, and pork products are designed to replicate the taste and texture of conventional meat.

Millions of fans show up to The Garden expecting the best of the best, and that includes what’s on the menu. We’re proud to bring the Impossible Burger to one of the greatest stages in sports and entertainment for fans to enjoy,” said Meredith Madden, Chief Demand Officer of Impossible Foods.

Under the agreement, Impossible Foods will receive brand promotion during Knicks and Rangers regular season home games, including in-game LED signage and GardenVision features.
