White Castle Introduces Chicken Fajita Slider and Jalapeño Cravioli for Limited-Time Release

COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 4, 2026 (WHERE & WHAT TO EAT) — Fast-food restaurant chain White Castle has announced the introduction of its Chicken Fajita Slider and Jalapeño Cravioli as limited-time menu offerings.

Both items will be available beginning April 6 at participating locations. The Chicken Fajita Slider features crispy all-white meat chicken topped with grilled onions and peppers, jalapeño cheese, and green chili aioli. The product will be offered through June 14, or while supplies last, with pricing ranging from $2.59 to $2.99 depending on location.

The Chicken Fajita Slider brings bold flavor to our iconic Slider lineup while staying true to what we do best: delivering hot, tasty and affordable food that keeps people coming back for more,” said Jamie Richardson, chief marketing officer at White Castle.
White Castle previously tested the Chicken Fajita Slider in Indianapolis in 2021. A subsequent consumer survey conducted in fall 2025 supported the decision to launch the product systemwide as a limited-time offering.
In addition to the new slider, the company is introducing Jalapeño Cravioli, a side dish made with diced jalapeño peppers and cream cheese encased in seasoned cornmeal breading and served with green chili aioli dipping sauce. The item will be available from April 6 through June 14, or while supplies last, priced at $1.99 for a small serving and $4.99 for a sack.
