Signature SELECT Hosts Free Family-Friendly Backyard Bash in Boston Featuring Adam Vinatieri and Haylie Duff

BOSTON, October 8, 2025 (WHERE & WHAT TO EAT) — Food and lifestyle brand Signature SELECT has announced that it will host a free community event, the Backyard Bash with The Signature SELECT Life, on Friday, October 10 at Rowes Wharf Plaza in Boston.

The event, presented in partnership with Visa, will feature appearances by football placekicker Adam Vinatieri and actress and director Haylie Duff, offering family-friendly activities including food tastings, games, and interactive experiences.

According to the company, the event is designed to celebrate community and bring people together through food and fun, while marking 165 years of Shaw’s and 110 years of Star Market.

Scheduled activities include a meet-and-greet with Vinatieri from 3–4 p.m., and fall baking and mocktail demonstrations with Duff from 4:15–5 p.m. Guests can enjoy complimentary samples of Signature SELECT products such as pizza, hot dogs, chips, popcorn, fruit, and ice cream sandwiches, along with music, oversized backyard games, and giveaways while supplies last.

The event will take place from 2–6 p.m. at Rowes Wharf Plaza, 30 Rowes Wharf, at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and High Street in Boston, MA 02110. Attendance and all experiences are free, and registration is not required.
