Nékter Juice Bar Announces Nationwide Brand Refresh and New Menu Launch

SANTA ANA, Calif., May 21, 2025 (WHERE & WHAT TO EAT) — Nékter Juice Bar has announced a nationwide brand refresh, including an updated menu set to roll out across all U.S. locations on May 22, 2025.

The brand’s refresh will include a redesigned website and app, new in-store packaging and signage, and expanded menu offerings focused on functionality, customization, and value.
The updated menu will feature new product categories such as gluten-free protein waffles, expanded protein smoothie options, collagen boosts, and a new zero-calorie sweetener alternative. Protein waffle varieties include Berry Shortcake, Go Bananas, Jam Slam, and Waffacado. The company is also introducing a Build-Your-Own Bowl (BYOB) and Build-Your-Own Parfait (BYOP) offering, which will include mini-size options and protein-rich parfait bases.
New smoothies include Blueberry Almond Butter, Glow Getter, and Raspberry Riot. Several menu items, including Popeye’s Açaí, Chocolate Bowl, and various chia parfaits, will be available exclusively through the company’s digital app. According to Nékter, over 3 million customers currently use the brand’s rewards app.
