NEW YORK, March 2, 2026 (WHERE & WHAT TO EAT) — Public relations agency SolComms has announced that Allison and Stephen Ellsworth, co-founders of poppi, have signed with the firm for executive communications representation.

The Ellsworths founded poppi, a prebiotic soda brand, and scaled the company over five years before its sale to PepsiCo in March 2025 for $1.95 billion. Following the acquisition, the pair plan to focus on advising consumer brands, angel investing, and participating in speaking engagements.

SolComms will oversee executive communications for the Ellsworths, including storytelling, personal brand development, media relations, and thought leadership at major conferences.
