The expansion allows Five Guys to offer its catering menu to workplaces nationwide using ezCater’s ordering system. According to ezCater, a recent company survey found that 75% of hybrid employees said they would work on-site more frequently if free lunch were provided.
The partnership enables organizations to place catering orders ranging from small group meals to larger build-your-own options, including customizable burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and fresh-cut fries. ezCater stated that it worked with Five Guys to adapt menu offerings to meet the needs of workplace catering orders.

ezCater reported increased demand for burgers in workplace catering, citing a 16% increase in burger-category orders in 2025.
