ezCater Adds Mendocino Farms to Workplace Catering Platform Across Five States

BOSTON, September 18, 2025 (WHERE & WHAT TO EAT) — Food technology company ezCater has announced that Mendocino Farms has joined its workplace catering platform, making the restaurant’s salads, sandwiches, and sides available from all 83 locations in California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas, and Washington.
The launch responds to workplace demand for catering options that accommodate a variety of dietary needs. According to the company, more than half of ezCater orders year-to-date include at least one gluten-free, halal, kosher, vegan, or vegetarian item. Mendocino Farms’ offerings include the “Foodie Package” and individualized “Box Lunches,” which can be configured for those requirements.
